Sunni comes to AE Realty will over a decade of real estate experience. Prior to moving to Iowa, she practiced in Indiana. She has experience in all areas of real estate as a listing agent, first-time home buyer educator, corporate relocation agent/consultant and was awarded “Multi-Million Dollar Club” designations for both listings and real estate sales.

What she brings to the table is a wealth of knowledge, a fun and “Sunni” disposition, and the highest commitment to customer service. She works effectively to develop relationships with her clients to ensure that their needs are being met from start to finish.

Beyond her high level of knowledge regarding the principle’s real estate practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Upper Iowa University. These have both proven to be extremely beneficial to her client’s when marketing their home.

Sunni takes this process very seriously and will help educate you along the way. She knows the market, hosts workshops on real estate topics and her experience in marketing will prove to be a great asset for anyone who wishes to list their home with her. Sunni recently became a permanent resident of Montezuma, where she lives at Lake Ponderosa with her husband John. Prior to moving to Montezuma, she lived in the Cedar Valley for 11 years. She has two daughters, Morgan (21) and Emma (19). In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, boating, crafting
